Frequently asked questions.

How long will my dog be out on an adventure?

Depending on which adventure your dog is on you can expect them to be gone for 1.5-4 hours. Our walk time is a minimum of one hour. Due to the mobile nature of our services our drive time varies day to day. We will do our best to communicate any unprecedented hold ups during pick up and drop off.

Do you offer pick up and drop off?

We are mobile!! For your convenience we come to your home and pick up your dog and drive off to a beautiful location of our choosing. We do require a certain amount of flexibility relating to the timing of pick up and drop off. This is one of the topics discussed during our in person meet and greet. We do our best to communicate any unprecedented hold ups during pick up and drop off.

How do I sign my dog up for an adventure?

We are on social media through Facebook, Instagram, and Email. Follow the links provided at the top or bottom of this web page to connect with us!! We cannot wait to meet your dog! In order to sign up we will set up a free meet and greet at your convenience in your home. This is the best way to assess your dogs needs, familiarize owner to walker, and go over any unanswered questions or concerns.

Where do you hike with the dogs?

We go everywhere!!! If you look up ‘EXPLORERS’ in the dictionary, there you will see ‘Lindsey and Tania’ in the definition. We work very hard to find amazing beautiful and secluded spots for our adventures. We are always exploring and switching things up to keep ourselves stimulated.

Can I see what my dog does on their outing?

Absolutely!! One of our favourite parts in being able to share the fun with you as an owner! We post pictures and videos daily after each walk. We love to post all kinds of creative canine content starring your favourite pupstar. Follow along on our adventures by subscribing to our Facebook and Instagram. Who doesn’t need more cute dog clips in their life?

Can you pick my dog up if I am not home?

Absolutely! Many of our pack members are patiently waiting for their ride while their owners are at work. We follow any instructions provided on how to safely and securely enter and exit your home. These instructions include where to enter, garage codes or keys, where to put your dog upon return, any feeding or watering instructions. Let us know what you need!

Will my dog get dirty on a hike?

Please keep in mind that we are in the business of dogs having fun and sometimes that means being a dirty dawg. It really depends on a number of factors. If your dog is on an off leash hike there is a chance your dog will get dirty. We do our best to avoid mud pits but with our weather here in beautiful BC they can sometimes pop up unexpectedly. Many times we allow the dogs to have a blast getting dirty because we know a rinse off spot on the way back but this isn’t always possible. We do towel the dogs of and we ask that there is always a fresh towel left for us at drop off. If your dog is a serial dirt/mud magnet please leave additional instructions like access to a hose or set up a kennel or blocked off area for your dog.
